020 side-emitting LED lamp beads (light-emitting diodes), the size of the product is 4.0*0.8*1.1mm, and the material includes brackets, gold wires, silicone packaging, and wafer chips. The colors are white, red, yellow, green, orange, blue, purple, etc. It can be customized in various colors, and the welding temperature is controlled at 260 degrees within 3 seconds. The application field is very wide, all kinds of home appliances, digital, communication, automotive electronics, lighting, electronic toys, traffic instructions, medical beauty equipment, electronic teaching equipment, electronic clocks, urban lighting and so on.

The side-emitting LED lamp bead is a backlight made by placing a linear or point light source on the side of a specially designed light guide plate. The manufacturing process of direct-type LED lamp beads is relatively simple, no light guide plate is required, and the light source (LED chip array) and PCB are placed at the bottom of the backlight source. Bright film is emitted evenly.

The side-emitting LED lamp beads have low brightness and can be used in some occasions with low ceilings. The surface uniformity is poor, and the brightness uniformity is up to 0.85. If it is not handled well, there will be obvious bright edges around it. The cleanliness of the workshop is required to be high, the process control is not good, and the yield rate is low (mainly due to dust causing bright spots in the light guide plate).

The finished side-emitting panel light uses the light guide plate technology to design the dots of the light guide plate according to the arrangement of the lamp beads of the LED lamp board and the light-emitting angle of the lamp beads, so that the light can pass through the light guide plate to achieve the effect of uniform brightness. The backlight panel light is designed with a reasonable LED spacing by using the LED light-emitting angle, and with the diffuser plate and the height of the lamp, the ideal light mixing effect can be achieved. The thicker ones that focus on high brightness, the light output is more uniform, and the brightness uniformity can reach more than 0.9. The process requirements are relatively simple.
