The UV lamp bead aging test equipment can be set with three aging modes: illumination, condensation, and spray.
Lighting stage: Simulate the daytime in a natural environment, and the equipment can accurately control the lighting intensity (continuously adjustable between 0.35W/m2 and 1.35W/m2). The sunlight intensity at noon in summer is about 0.55W/ m2@340nm )And the test temperature (continuously adjustable from 50 ℃ to 85 ℃), in order to simulate various usage environments of the product and meet the testing requirements of different regions and industries;
Condensation stage: Simulate the phenomenon of fogging on the surface of the sample at night. During the condensation stage, turn off the fluorescent ultraviolet lamp (in a dark state) and only control the test temperature (adjustable from 40 to 60 ℃). The surface humidity of the sample is 95 to 100% RH;
Spray stage: Simulate the process of rain by continuously spraying water onto the surface of the sample.
Due to the much harsher conditions of artificial UV lamp bead accelerated aging tests compared to natural environments, it is possible to simulate and reproduce aging damage that only occurs in natural environments for several years within a few days or weeks.
Material aging includes fading, decreased strength, cracking, pulverization, coating detachment, etc.
In addition, according to the different spectral distributions, fluorescent UV bead tubes can be divided into UVA and UVB tubes. UVA tubes emit less than 2% of the total output light energy below 300nm, while UVB tubes emit more than 10% of the total output light energy below 300nm. The commonly used UV bead aging lamps include UVA-340, UVA-313, and UVB-313 lamps:
