3. The process of replacing the steel cable of the high rod lamp panel:

1. Reduce the bulb panel to the support position, remove the main cable fixed board, and then remove the three old cables from the wedge -shaped tie on the bulb panel.

2. Insert and twist the three ends of the old steel wire rope removed with the new steel wire rope, respectively. The docking joint must be tight. Weaving joints should not be too large. The knitted joints must be surrounded by soft electrical tapes, and they must be too large to facilitate the belt wheel. The other end of the cable is tied to the old cable through a tie tie to prevent the cable slipping when the main cable is pulled in the next process.

3. Gradually pull the main steel wire rope from the inside of the lever, and let the old and old woven ropes slowly pass through the pulley until the trolley roller is out of the tie rod.

4. According to the direction of the cable facing the line axis, the installation position of the upper cable and the wire rope pulley is directed against the time. Use a new rope to tie the bedside board with a wire rope. At this time, one end of the new rope is paired with one end of the old rope on the lamp board, and the weaving head just passes through the upper pulley of the rod; the other end is under the pillar, and the one ends of the old rope on the separation of the partition are tied to the docking to form formed A closed rope ring.

5. Tighten the docking wire rope from the inside of the opposite rod to the outside, until the interoperability woven point is pulled out, the weaving head of the new and old steel wire is locked, and then the new steel wire is fixed on the fishing wire wheel.

6. Repeat step 5 and fix the other two cables.

7. At the same time, the three old steel wire ropes and cables are gradually pulled out of the lever, and then the main steel wire rope is pulled by a special person to prevent the wire rope or steel wire rope falling from the pulley under the action of gravity. Pull the main steel wire rope and wrap it completely on the inverted drum.

8. At this time, one end of the new cable is connected to the separator. The other end is tied to the old rope and pulled to the bottom of the pillar. Remove the old and new steel wire ropes and take the lead,

9. Check the installation position of the upper steel wire rope and wire rope pulley, and then connect the end of the new steel wire rope to the wedge -shaped lamp head on the lamp panel. Then fix the main cable.

10. Lift the bulb panel and check whether the level height is two inches. If it is not horizontal, please adjust each pair of strings appropriately.

11. After flattening the blisters, lift the hook on the bulb panel to complete the rope change operation.
