Generally, the size of the chip is 10*16nm, 10*18nm or 10*23nm (the larger the chip size, the higher the current can withstand, and the higher the brightness will be). Now the most common brightness used for fluorescent lamps on the market is 7- 8LM, some manufacturers may actually use 6-7LM in order to reduce costs.

(1) Light spot: The thickness of 3528 is 1.8mm, which is mainly for spot lighting. It is easier to produce light spots when made into fluorescent lamps (there will be obvious light spots where the pc mask is in contact with the aluminum shell, and there will be light spots in the plug)

  (2) Heat dissipation performance: The heat dissipation performance of the 3528 patch is poor, and there is a layer of plastic between the bottom heat sink and the chip, so the heat dissipation performance is poor, and the number of lamp beads used to make fluorescent tubes is large, so the heat dissipation performance of the whole lamp It is also poor. We all know that the main factor affecting the life of LED lamps is temperature, so this is very harmful to the life of the lamp.

For example, a 20W led fluorescent lamp needs 288 pieces of 3528, and the cost of 7-8LM 3528 light source is: 288 pieces * 013 yuan / piece = 37.44 Yuan, the brightness of the whole lamp is: 288 * 7.5LM (the median value of the brightness of a single lamp bead) * 0.9 (power factor) * 0.85 (light output rate) = 1652.4LM (the brightness of the whole lamp is about 1600LM) ; Of course, if some manufacturers simply consider cost and not quality, they may use low-volume and low-priced lamp beads, for example: using 288 6-7LM 3528, the cheap price may be 0.06 yuan/bead, like this The whole cost will drop a lot: 288pcs*0.06 yuan/pcs=17.28 yuan, but the brightness will also drop a lot: 288pcs*6.5LM (the median value of the brightness of a single lamp bead)*0.9(power factor)*0.82( Light output rate) = 1381.5LM (the brightness of the whole lamp is about 1380LM)
