We all know that LED beads are the English abbreviation for light-emitting diodes, LED, which is a common term. LED lamp beads are prone to severe color temperature drift before and after dispensing, packaging, and baking, especially for larger lamp beads such as 5050, 5730, etc. Firstly, we analyze the reasons for color temperature drift: during the curing process of packaging adhesive, due to uneven heating, a portion of the adhesive cures first, which can easily cause the fluorescent powder mixed in the adhesive to sink and disperse unevenly, resulting in inconsistent light refraction patterns and dispersion, which is known as color temperature drift. Then, the method to solve color temperature drift:
Method 1- Use three stages of baking, with the first stage at 60 ℃/1h. The second stage is 110 ℃/0.5h. The third section is 150 ℃/3.0h. In the first baking stage, due to the low temperature, the gelation reaction is very mild, which will thicken and solidify as a whole, without the problem of curing speed, allowing the fluorescent powder to be evenly distributed in the adhesive; Method 2- If it is a two-stage curing process, such as 100 ℃/1h+150 ℃/3h, anti settling powder can be added to adhesive A to prevent uneven settling during the curing process, thereby avoiding color temperature drift. Secondly, it should be noted that the normal color temperature range is generally ± 10% of the set color temperature. For example, the color temperature range for 3000K is 2700-3300K, and the color temperature range for 6000K is 5400-6600K. Exceeding the above range is considered a color temperature failure
