1. Cleaning: Wash PCB or LED brackets with ultrasound, dry.


2. Putting: Prepare silver glue and expand on the bottom electrode of the LED core (large round board), configure the expanded core (large round board) on the thorns, and install the core on the PCB under the microscope under the microscope. Or the pad corresponding to the LED bracket, and then sintering and scratching the silver gel.


3. Polinction: Use an aluminum or gold wire welding machine to connect the electrode to the LED core as a lead in the current. LED is directly installed on the PCB and is generally used with aluminum welding machines. (Make white light TOP-LED requires gold wire welding machine)


4. Packaging: Protect the LED core and welded lines with epoxy resin through adhesives. The adhesives are scattered on the PCB board with strict requirements on the shape of the hardening, which is directly related to the brightness of the backlight product. In this project, the task of lighting fluorescence (white LED) is also responsible.


5. Welding: When the backlight SMD uses LEDs or other packaging LEDs, the LED must be welded on the PCB board before the assembly process.


6. Cutting membrane: Use the stamped film, reflective membrane, etc. to cut the backlight with the punch.


7. assembly: Manually install various materials of the backlight to the correct position according to the requirements of the drawing.


8. Test: Check the photoelectric parameters of the backlight and the uniformity of light.


9. Packaging: Packaged and warehouses as required.


2. Packaging process


1. At the same time as the electrode connection of the external leader of LeD packaging is connected to the electrode of the LED chip, it also plays a role in protecting the LED chip and improving the efficiency of light. Key processes include racks, pressure welding, and packaging.


2. There are many packaging forms of LeD packaging form LED. It mainly adopts the shape size, heat dissipation countermeasures and light effects according to the use. LEDs are divided into Lamp-Led, Top-LED, SIDE-LED, SMD-LED, High-Power-LED, etc.
