If attention is not paid to the storage, transportation, and production of LED lamp beads, it may cause the lamp beads to die. Precautions for directly inserting LED beads:
1、 Storage of straight in LED lamp beads 1. Storage conditions for straight in LED lamp beads: 10 ℃ -26 ℃, humidity 40% -80%, sealed and stored in packaging bags. 2. The storage temperature of direct insertion LED beads shall not exceed 100 ℃ and the temperature shall not be lower than -40 ℃. 3. The inner packaging bag of direct insertion LED beads must be sealed after opening. 3. The inner box of direct insertion LED beads shall not exceed four layers, and the outer box shall not exceed three layers.
2. Transportation of straight in LED lamp beads. 1. The stacking height of LEDs during transportation should not exceed 3 layers to prevent falling and crushing. 2. LEDs need to be moisture-proof, vibration proof, and high drop during transportation. 3. LEDs are strictly prohibited from being transported with dangerous goods. 4. LEDs are strictly prohibited from stacking other items on the upper layer of the outer box during transportation.
Application and Production of Three Inline LED Beads 1. IQC Protective Gloves or Electrostatic Gloves. A. Before production, check if the grounding wire of the machine equipment is normal. B. Check whether the personnel's electrostatic ring is normal and whether the metal of the electrostatic ring is in close contact with human skin. C. When inserting plugins, it is best to require operators to wear electrostatic gloves or finger covers. D. The operating platform needs to be laid with electrostatic tape, which should be connected to each other. E. After opening, it is best to use it within 24 hours. If it is not used up within 24 hours, please seal and store it, otherwise it may cause oxidation of the lamp feet. 2. There are four methods for welding inline LED lamp beads: manual welding, automatic spot welding, soldering in a tin furnace, and soldering in a wave furnace (the temperature conditions of products with and without cards are different, see the attached figure for details). A. Manual welding, it is recommended to set the temperature of ferrochrome below 315 ℃. The welding time is determined based on the composition of the tin wire. The welding time is 3 seconds, not exceeding 5 seconds, and the welding frequency is not more than 3 times. B. Automatic spot welding is generally set according to conventional settings, and the welding temperature is generally set according to the composition of the tin wire. Set the time to 3 seconds. C. Tin furnace welding is very common at this stage. Before use, it is generally necessary to check whether the temperature of the tin furnace meets the set temperature for no more than 24 seconds. D. Peak welding is currently a common automated production process. The welding effect of this process and the selection of welding flux. Forced cooling through fans or other measures is strictly prohibited after welding LAMP products. 3. With the increase of current and temperature, the service life of LEDs will decrease to a certain curve, especially with the increase of temperature, the reverse leakage current will significantly increase, leading to a rapid decline in the service life of LEDs. Application production environment requirements: humidity between 50% -80%, temperature between 10 ℃ -30 ℃, low humidity, easy to generate static electricity to damage LED. If the humidity is too high, it is easy to generate capacitor discharge and breakdown of LED during the power on process. Special attention should be paid when using white lights: A: Different levels of white lights cannot be mixed, especially white lights with different color zones. B: The current cannot exceed 20MA C: The forward voltage cannot be used in the same level or together. D: It is recommended to use fixed current drive.
