Precautions for using inline LED beads

Inline LED beads, also known as plug-in light-emitting diodes, are energy-saving and environmentally friendly lighting materials that can convert electrical energy into visible light in solid-state semiconductor devices. The principle of LED luminescence is to pass current through a compound semiconductor, and through the combination of electrons and holes, excess energy will be released in the form of light, achieving the effect of luminescence. The wavelength of the light-emitting diode used for visible light is between 400 and 700 nm.

1. Welding premise: (The welding point must be at least 2mm away from the resin root)

Immersion welding: Please complete the welding once within 5 seconds at 260 , and also prevent resin from immersing in the tin bath.

Soldering iron: Use a 30W soldering iron with a tip temperature not higher than 350 , and complete the welding once within 5 seconds.

Do not apply external force to the product during welding. Pay attention to preventing LED pins from being corroded or discolored, otherwise welding difficulties may occur. It is recommended to use it in real time as soon as possible.

2. Instructions for use:

Pin forming must be completed before welding, and the spacing between device holes on the circuit board should be consistent with the electrode pins.

Pin cutting of the product at high temperature can cause defects. Please perform pin cutting at room temperature.

Before the welding temperature returns to normal, it is necessary to prevent any vibration or external force on the LED.
