Firstly, we can check whether the LED light beads are not working properly due to the power supply. If so, we can check the power circuit. If the power supply is normal, the target light on the LED light beads will light up when connected to it.
2. Next, in addition to troubleshooting the power supply, if it still does not light up, we need to check the positive and negative pins of the LED lamp beads to see if they are properly connected during operation. If there is an incorrect operation that causes the lamp beads to not light up, we can usually handle it by soldering the LED lamp beads from scratch.
3. Check if the LED light beads do not light up due to poor soldering of the LED light bead pins, high temperature during soldering, and prolonged soldering time. If so, the solution is to use rosin flux to solve the problem of LED pins being difficult to solder. In addition, during operation, pay attention to not exceeding the temperature during soldering, try not to exceed 270 degrees Celsius, and it is best not to exceed 3 seconds at all times.
4. Check the current of the LED bead, check whether the current at both ends of the LED bead exceeds the operating current of the LED bead. If so, this condition can also cause the LED bead to not light up. The solution is to choose a suitable constant current power supply and try not to buy those cheap power supplies. To avoid the LED lamp beads from being broken down due to excessive power supply current, resulting in the lamp beads not being lit.
