In-line LED, also known as plug-in light-emitting diode, is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly lighting material for visible light, and a solid-state semiconductor device that can convert electrical energy into visible light. The light-emitting principle of LED is to pass the current through the compound semiconductor, and through the combination of electrons and holes, the excess energy will be released in the form of light to achieve the effect of light-emitting. Light-emitting diodes for visible light have a wavelength of 400 - 700 nm.

Generally, users who buy LED lamps usually consider the service life of the lamps, so what are the factors that keep the LED lamps long? In-line LED lamp bead manufacturers summarize the following tips for making in-line LED lamp beads longevity:

1. Power supply: LED light power supply is a very important part of LED lights. Generally, there are two solutions of isolation and non-isolation in the power supply part. The isolation volume is too large and the efficiency is low, so it is used in low-cost products. Non-isolated drivers are small in size, high in efficiency, low in heat dissipation, high in stability, and high in added value.

2. Light source: LED lamps with the same brightness use different light sources (LED lamp beads or LED patches), and even the same type of light source, the quality and price of different in-line LED lamp beads manufacturers are different. The LED light products of big brands basically use good light sources.

3. Heat dissipation: The LED light source is attached to the aluminum substrate with good thermal conductivity, and the heat dissipation of the in-line led lamp beads and the heat dissipation of the power supply are separated without interfering with each other, thereby ensuring the rationality of heat dissipation. Generally, high thermal conductivity and good heat dissipation aluminum are used. If the quality is poor, the heat dissipation with poor thermal conductivity is used, and even the heat dissipation of the LED lamp beads and the heat dissipation of the power supply are shared, resulting in poor heat dissipation and easy damage.
