Packaging process:

When multiple chips are packaged on a piranha bracket, the related thermal resistance should be considered, and the thermal resistance should be minimized to prolong the service life.
Since the piranha lamp bead has four legs, in order to install the piranha lamp bead on the printed circuit board, four holes should be left on it. Because the two electrodes of the LED are connected to the four legs, the two legs are connected to one electrode. When installing, it is necessary to confirm which two legs are positive and which two legs are negative, and then design the PCB.

The heat dissipation of the lamp bead is much better than that of the general LED, and the working current that can be passed is a little larger, the maximum can be 40-50MA, and the general LED is 20MA, so the brightness is higher than the general LED.
