1. Cleaning: Ultrasonic cleaning pCB or LED support, dry.
2. Erection: Prepare silver glue on the bottom electrode of LED core (large circle board) and expand it. Configure the expanded core (large circle board) on the piercing platform, install the core on the pad corresponding to pCB or LED bracket with the piercing pen under the microscope, and then sintering to harden the silver glue.
3. Crimping: Connect the electrode to the LED core with an aluminum or gold wire welder as a lead for current injection. The LED is mounted directly on the pCB, generally using aluminum wire welder. (The production of white TOp-LED requires a gold wire welding machine)
4. Packaging: Protect LED core and welding wire with epoxy resin through adhesive. There are strict requirements on the shape of the hardened colloid to spread the adhesive on the pCB board, which is directly related to the brightness of the backlit product. In this project, it is also responsible for lighting the fluorescent body (white LED).
5. Welding: When using LED or other packaged LED for backlight SMD, the LED must be welded to the PCB board before the assembly process.
6. Film cutting: use the punch to cut all kinds of diffusion film and reflection film required by backlight.
7. Assembly: according to the requirements of the drawings, manually install the various materials of the backlight to the correct position.
8 test: check the backlight photoelectric parameters and light uniformity is good.
9. Packaging: Finished products are packed and stored as required.
Second, packaging process
1. The role of LED package When the external lead is connected to the electrode of the LED chip, it also plays the role of protecting the LED chip and improving the efficiency of light removal. The key processes are rack, pressure welding, packaging.
2.LED packaging form LED packaging form is diverse, mainly according to the use of size, heat dissipation countermeasures and light effect. LED is divided into Lamp-LED, TOp-LED, Side-LED, SMD-LED, High-power LED and so on.
