The heat dissipation problem of LED street lights has always troubled developers in the LED lighting industry. Nowadays, most lighting fixtures use aluminum alloy with inserts as heat sinks. The heat dissipation effect of this type of radiator is not ideal, and the heat dissipation body usually reaches a higher temperature. 1. Break through the problem of unsatisfactory heat dissipation effect of existing aluminum radiators with fins

Most of the existing ceiling hole lights use aluminum with fins as heat sinks, which have unsatisfactory heat dissipation effects and usually reach higher temperatures.

2. The heat sink is made of insulating heat dissipation plastic instead of aluminum alloy. South Korea has developed an LED insulating heat dissipation plastic in 2009. While maintaining the same heat dissipation capacity as aluminum alloy, the heat radiation capacity is increased by 4-8 times. The LED heat dissipation body made of this heat dissipation material can significantly improve the overall heat dissipation effect.

3. Adopting the principle of liquid convection, providing a ceiling hole lamp with good heat dissipation performance

Use the heat absorbed from the lamp shade by the coolant in the reservoir installed on the lamp shade, and use the Natural convection of the coolant between two reservoirs with different heights to dissipate the heat absorbed by the coolant from the lamp shade, so that the lamp shade of the ceiling hole lamp can be well cooled.

4. It can rotate flexibly for easy installation

Due to the corrugated structure of the coolant convection pipe connected between two storage tanks, and the expandable and bending deformation of the corrugated pipe structure, it will not hinder the flexible rotation of the lampshade and is also easy to install.
