The luminous color of the LED chip: The luminous color of the chip depends on the wavelength. Common visible light classifications are roughly: red light (620-630NM) orange light (600-610NM) yellow light (580-595NM) yellow-green light (565-575NM) pure green light (500-540NM), blue light (450-480NM), Violet (380-430NM). White light and pink light are a combination of light. The most common is a mixture of blue+yellow phosphors and blue+red phosphors. At present, there are many packaging factories in China. There are thousands of them, big and small, and of course there are strengths and weaknesses. Many small packaging factories do not have spectroscopic color separation machines, and they either do not color separation or send out, and the quality is difficult to guarantee. Precautions for selection of LED lamp beads: 1. Therefore, operators who need to contact LED lamp beads must wear a real and effective anti-static wristband to prevent static electricity from penetrating LED lamp beads. 2. If the pins of the LED lamp bead need to be bent, the bending point must be more than three millimeters away from the LED lamp bead colloid. 3. The normal requirement for LED lamp beads welding is 260 degrees Celsius ± 3 degrees Celsius, and the welding time of LED lamp beads cannot exceed 2 seconds. The time should not exceed two seconds, and the operator is required to be very skilled and accurate to ensure that the LED lamp beads will not be damaged.
