Therefore, operators who need to contact LED lamp beads must wear a real and effective anti-static wristband to prevent static electricity from penetrating LED lamp beads. 2. If the pins of the LED lamp bead need to be bent, the bending point must be more than three millimeters away from the LED lamp bead colloid. 3. The normal requirement for LED lamp beads welding is 260 degrees Celsius ± 3 degrees Celsius, and the welding time of LED lamp beads cannot exceed 2 seconds. The time should not exceed two seconds, and the operator is required to be very skilled and accurate to ensure that the LED lamp beads will not be damaged.
