2Pay attention when bending and cutting the legs of LED lamp beads inserted directly

Due to design requirements for bending and cutting feet, when bending and cutting feet on LED, the position of the bending and cutting feet should be greater than 3mm from the bottom of the gel. Bending should be done before welding. When using LED plug-in lights, the spacing between PCB board holes should correspond to the spacing between LED pins. During foot cutting, high voltage static electricity occurs due to vibration and friction of the foot cutting machine. Therefore, the machine should be firmly grounded and anti-static operations should be carried out.

3Direct insertion LED lamp bead cleaning

When cleaning colloids with chemicals, special care must be taken, as some chemicals can damage the surface of the colloids and cause discoloration, such as trichloroethylene, acetone, etc. Wipe and soak with ethanol at room temperature for no more than 3 minutes.

5Welding conditions for inline LED lamp beads

Soldering iron welding: The tip temperature of the soldering iron (up to 30W) should not exceed 300 , the welding time should not exceed 3 seconds, and the welding position should be at least 2 millimeters away from the colloid.
