The development of LED is hindered due to the aging problems caused by high power requirements, fever and plastic packaging. However, the power problem is solved by removing organic materials in LED packaging and adding heat sinks. The newly developed NSHX180F uses a sealing inorganic packaging instead of organic plastic or organic resin. The heating resistance of this packaging is one -tenth of the traditional packaging.
