LED light yellow

1. The baking temperature is too high or the time is too long;

2. The proportion of glue is wrong, and glue A is easy to yellow.

Solution:

1. AB glue is cured and demolded within 30 minutes at 120-140 degrees, and it is easy to yellow when baked for a long time above 150 degrees.

2. AB glue is cured and demolded at 120-130 degrees / 30-40 minutes, and it will turn yellow when it exceeds 150 degrees or bake for a long time.

3. When making large lamp caps, lower the curing temperature.

LED lamp bead bubble problem

reason:

1. Air bubbles in the bowl: The bracket is poorly glued.

2. Bubble in the bracket: the curing temperature is too high, and the epoxy curing is too intense.

3. Cracked glue, burst top: short curing time, incomplete or uneven curing of epoxy resin. AB glue exceeds the usable time.

4. Bubbles on the surface of the lamp head: Epoxy glue has difficulty in defoaming or the user's vacuum degree is not enough, and the glue dispensing time is too long.

Solution:

Depending on usage, improve your process or contact your epoxy supplier.

LED light bracket climbing glue

reason:

1. The uneven surface of the bracket causes capillary phenomenon.

2. AB glue contains volatile materials.

Solution:

Please contact the supplier.

LED light package short baking and discoloration after long baking

reason:

1. The stacking in the oven is too dense and the ventilation is poor.

2. The local temperature of the oven is too high.

3. There are other color pollutants in the oven.

Solution:

Improve ventilation. Remove color stains and confirm the actual temperature in the oven.

Some lamps on the same row of brackets have coloring phenomenon or different gelation time, and the quality is not uniform

reason:

Insufficient stirring.

Solution:

Stir well, especially at the corners of the container.

Not easy to demould

reason:

There is a problem with the AB glue or the glue has not reached the curing hardness.

Solution:

Please contact the supplier to confirm the curing temperature and time.

Add the same batch of the same dose of colorant, but the color of the product is different

reason:

Uneven toner concentration; or toner precipitation.

Solution:

The LED light color toner is heated and stirred evenly before use.
